About OSO

We've lived the problems we fix.

OSO — Operational Systems Optimization — exists because most consultants have never signed the front of a paycheck, waited on a slow-paying operator, or run a crew through a Permian Basin summer. We have.

Daniel Sanchez

The founder

Daniel Sanchez

Daniel's working life started at six years old in the migrant farm fields of the Texas Panhandle. The lessons stuck: show up, do the work right, and never confuse looking busy with getting things done.

For more than twelve years he ran DC23 Hot Shots, an oilfield service company in the Permian Basin — building it from a truck and a phone into an operation that survived booms, busts, audits, and everything West Texas throws at a service company. At the same time, he ran equipment sales and rental operations and built a real estate business.

Eight companies taught him the same lesson from three angles: the difference between a business that owns you and a business you own is systems — written procedures, clean handoffs, compliance built into the routine, tools the crew actually uses, and a presence customers can find.

OSO is that lesson, productized. Operations consulting and digital services for contractors, field service operators, and regulated businesses across Texas and the Southwest — delivered in English, Spanish, or both, by someone who's sat on the owner's side of the table.

What we believe

How OSO works

Operator credibility

Advice from someone who has run crews, made payroll, and answered to operators — not from a framework in a slide deck.

Vendor-neutral, always

We don't take kickbacks from software companies. The tools we recommend are the tools that fit your operation — period.

Bilingual by design

SOPs, training, and rollout in English and Spanish, because systems only work when the whole crew can run them.

Talk to the operator, not a sales rep.
